This weeks Halloween tutorial is; a Scary Vampire Monster Makeup! I'm calling it a monster makeup because I wanted it closer to a monster than a sparkly, new-age vampires we see on telly today. I always like scary over pretty so I wanted my Vampire to be really freaky and unsettling, so here it is!!!
