i actually made this a year back, albeit unfinished, so i decided to complete it and upload it here
the model of the head is ripped straight from the half-life alyx version of the logo, and then imported into blender and animated. the valve logo and extra effects were added in after effects, and the sound design was done by my good pal block_618 (plasticity)
