You find the encrypted audio file buried deep in your personal Linkon City terminal, sent from a secure line right before EonCore Tech went completely dark. They are wiping his files, pulling down his banners, and trying to make you forget he ever existed.
But with the time he had left, Valko left you one final message before he vanished.
