The issue is not whether someone can excite a crowd. The issue is not whether they can make people shout, cry, run, or give money. The real question is simple: is the Bible being explained correctly?
When a preacher constantly makes claims without properly walking through the text, twists Scripture to fit a personal message, or uses spiritual language to pressure people emotionally, that is a serious problem. God’s people are not called to blindly accept everything that comes from a pulpit. We are commanded to test all things, hold fast to what is good, and reject what is false.
Valerie Moore may sound passionate, but passion is not the same as biblical accuracy. A person can be loud and still be wrong. A person can be emotional and still be misleading. A person can quote a verse and still completely miss the meaning of the passage.
