Guys and girls, happy valentines day. I need your help whoever is willing to help anyways.

They both sound the same, but differ in pitch and speed. I tried digging everywhere but couldn't make much progress. Are they the same remix but one copied the other and is claiming it as their own work? You gotta help me guys I need to know if I'm going crazy here or not. Thanks!
