I made Valentine's Day Cake Pops! This is my step-by-step tutorial on how to make them. They were fun to make and so yummy! I wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day!

Tips for Cake Pop Success:
1. Be sure your melters (candy coating) is thin enough that it doesn't put too much weight on the pops when you dip them or they will come off the stick.
2. I only left my cake balls in the refrigerator for about 7 minutes when I first rolled them. I would recommend a little longer, like 20 minutes.
3. make the cake balls right away after you add the frosting. Once the crumb & frosting mixture sits it dries out a little and the balls don't hold together well
