15 million homes are vacant in the US. Many people point to this as the catalyst that the housing market will become more affordable soon. After the Airbnb bust it didn’t make a wave of more affordable housing so I don’t see this vacant home issue as something that will bring a flood of new affordable homes. #homebuy #housingcrisis #realestate
