Finally got the sub! Turns out that with the Transform Star, transforming in the middle of the rock step tunnel not immediately after landing retains slightly more speed. All matters considered, I might be done here for now!

One more improvement for now, I promise! Starting your lap 1 anywhere in between 9.00 and 9.50 after the timer starts (if you do it that way) will always have the last boost circle on the right side of its track. If you choose to follow this strategy, you will get a better Boost Charge corner cut on the wooden plank bridge. All matters considered, sub-1:00 will come eventually!")

Feels good to get sub-1:12! Turns out, going off the ramp on the right is faster since you retain Winged Stars flight speed for slightly longer.")
