V for VENDETTA PROTEST PUZZLES HOLLYWOOD COPS W11052014
For some reason November 5th seems to be celebrated by fans of the movie, V for VENDETTA, by protesting the government. There were cops everywhere, including in helicopters, all very calm and well trained. There were a lot of signs and a lot of Anonymous masks that kind of continued the five days after Halloween parade through the streets of Hollywood, or actually, only up and down Hollywood Boulevard. There seemed to be more cops than protestors and everyone seemed to be in a festive mood. No one arrested, no looting, no violence, nobody famous, no nothing but masked paraders and law enforcement. Minnie the Mouse seemed puzzled as the cops and protestors marched through the crowd of characters outside of The Chinese Theater. I think most of Hollywood is wondering What the Freak Was That? The news media is frustrated with the lack of the sacking of Tinseltown footage they did not get. Oh well, I stopped for Popeye's Fried Chicken on Hollywood Boulevard on the way home, so I am all good. Maybe next time!
