The new school year brings new adventures, challenges and joys. Knowing that a new school year often means change, and not just for the youngest ones, we’ll reflect on how we all manage change. We’ll take a look into our metaphorical backpacks to see just what it is we are carrying around. Do we carry too much?
Youth are encouraged to bring the bookbags to the service to receive a blessing and a small gift as we send them off into a new school year. All are invited to join the Y'all Come Singers in the sanctuary one hour before the service to learn the music for today's worship.
