FORSYTH INDIAN DANCE FESTIVAL -UTSAV 2020
WHAT: Soorya Foundation for performing arts in association with Forsyth County Arts Alliance will host “UTSAV 2020”, the first ever Forsyth Indian Dance Festival, featuring Traditional Indian dances. Literally meaning ‘festival’, UTSAV 2020, a first of its kind, free dance festival will feature award winning, Indian traditional dancers from Forsyth, St.Louis, and India, along with 5 dance schools from the Forsyth neighborhood.
WHEN: This virtual event will be telecast live on Facebook on November 21st at 6.30 pm and November 22nd at 11.30 am and 6.30 pm.
WHO: The festival will feature award winning dance gurus, Sushma Mohan, Prasanna Kasthuri, Pulikeshi Kasthuri and five local (Forsyth) Indian dance gurus.
