Meet Toilet-Dono!
Toilet-Dono is the boss of Fart-Chan and Kaboom-Kun's crime syndicate. Since he doesn't have a proper mouth, he most likely can't sing, but we'll never know since he doesn't care to try. He loves nothing more than to enhance (vandalize) music with the melodic sound of a toilet flushing.
*Dono is a Japanese honorific meaning, "lord," so in this case his fully-English name is Lord Toilet.

In Decis lore, the uncensored version is also the canon one. This is a birthday outfit I designed last night, and its a naked dress because Deci being Deci, its a play on the phrase birthday suit, so its funny to spend her birthday in her birthday suit.

On that note, I decided to experiment with the art, so instead of drawing Kohaku in my usual style, I went with more balanced proportions to contrast Deci. Im gonna try to continue to do this but results may vary.
