After President Donald Trump's executive order to shrink the boundaries of protected public lands, including Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments, Utah tribal leaders spoke out.

Autumn Gillard, Coordinator of the Grand Staircase Inter-Tribal Coalition and Representative for the Southern Paiute, made this statement during a meeting between tribal leaders and elected officials Tuesday.
