The Utah Broadband Center, in partnership with Box Elder County and Beehive Broadband, recently celebrated the completion of a significant grant-funded broadband deployment project. The project, funded by the Broadband Access Grant through federal Capital Project Funds, provided fiber broadband service to over 1500 rural locations in Mantua, Howell, Bear River City, Elwood, Thatcher, and Penrose. Stakeholders of the project gathered at Golden Spike National Historic Park to celebrate the project.
