LIVE: The Utah Legislative Subcommittee is meeting to review the results of four performance audits. The audits are on the signature gathering process, the state's behavioral health system, nonprofit pass-through grants, and the state credit card processing fees.

The subcommittee is also following up on another audit of the low-cost IT procurement efficiency evaluation.
