#DYK: Tomatoes are the second-most consumed vegetable in the United States, and caramel is the most popular chocolate filling among Americans. Imagine combining these flavors with popular Singaporean ingredients like curry leaves and pandan for chocolates like you've never tasted before!
Culinary students from Nanyang Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, and the Culinary Institute of America (Singapore) did not know the box of chocolates they were going to get when they attended a masterclass to learn the fine techniques of chocolate-making. The students explored various U.S. - Singapore combinations of flavors before the class and were selected based on their thoughtful insights on how the flavor profiles can work #BetterTogether.

And just like how the U.S.-Singapore relationship has grown from strength to strength, the unique flavor combinations in the chocolates simply work #BetterTogether. #USSG55
