Parks Stephenson, Executive Director of the USS Kidd Veterans Museum joins James from All American Travels to discuss one of the most famous destroyers of WWII, the USS Johnston. Johnston was lost in the Battle off Samar on October 25th, 1944. The wreck remained undiscovered for 77 years until its discovery in 2021. Parks was part of that team. Parks tells us about his experiences diving to the wreck, along with the famous ships history!
