Note: This updated 2023 edition features a place to write or store your pre-NaNoWriMo work-in-progress content so that you can finish a novel instead of start one if you want (or start one early). It also features a new section for editing daily content independent of your main draft. Both new sections allow you to approach your novel with flexibility without worrying about compromising your word count tracking. Also features new research collection documents and a place to display your images and "I Won" banners and prizes. It's the best NaNoWriMo Basic Template yet! In fact I may have to call it the NaNoWriMo Now More than Basic Template because it's basically advanced now.
Update: I've started compiling ideas for the 2024 Edition on my roadmap. Please vote for your favorites, or add new ideas if you can think of any that you'd like to see and use next year.
