I recently read that there was massive data loss at the Google drive servers, and people had lost some of their files. if I want to make sure that doesnt happen, I need to back up the files in some way. This is the best way to do it, I think, because it does what my blog was intended to do - just an image and a demo.
I forced all articles to be at least 600 words because I wanted so badly to get access to monetization. and I did! But with getting disability, I realized that was dumb and removed ads. Im still going to do 600 word articles, though, because its the only way I can think of to publish my fiction and keep me from writing really dark stuff no one wants to read!")

NOTE: I dont think its quite bad enough for an epilepsy warning, but minor epilepsy warning. I swear, the quick flashes werent there when I was previewing the video - I wouldnt purposefully make a video with those kinds of flashing, but I feel it is minor enough to leave up as is. Im sorry, Ill remember this in the future.

Ive had this almost ready to post for what feels like eons! (Started in May of 2023, was almost finalized on August 30th, 2023) I gave up because I needed to fix a few samples and I had it in my mind that the bank was finished, so I couldnt do that. I could do that, and I did that to finish this cover!
I went to a lot of effort to have really cool vertical lyrics, but I couldnt get them to work… so I gave up and just threw this together.
Part of the reason I never bothered to finish this was because I didnt see much of a point. Utan has been abandoned and Ive moved on…
Until Diffsinger. I thought it was over for Utan! But I realized something. I am obsessed with languages that Ill never speak. I want to make a Cantonese Diffsinger bank! But… I dont know anyone who would record for me… so this is where HiuGaai here comes into play!
I dont want a perfect Diffsinger bank, I just want a proof of concept to show that those languages work (and maybe pander to the people who love robotic voices). HiuGaai’s Utan bank sounds realistic enough to me that I think it will be decent enough!
This means that Ill need to make several more covers with her! Like, at minimum five. And then it will just be a hop skip and a jump to use my textgrid to lab script :)")
