Free Controller Editor Template: sguy.co/maschine | Play, record, stop and loop inside of Logic Pro X with the Maschine MK3. In the video below I’m going to show you how to set your Maschine MK3 up to control Logic Pro X’s transport control. You’ll also be able to use the 16 pads to record MIDI straight into Logic Pro X’s arrange window.
Now I’ll be the first to say this, the Maschine MK3 is a beast but only whilst in its natural habitat. If you want to get the most out of your Maschine MK3, learn the Maschine stand-alone software. It’s incredible. However as a long-time Logic Pro X user, I know there are times when you just want to work inside of Logic. So it would be nice if it worked well inside of Logic Pro X too right? The way the Komplete Kontrol MK2 does. This workflow will get you ever so close.
