The Flow toolpath in Fusion 360 is one of the easiest to program for 5-axis motion - but ONLY if your solid model has the right underlying CAD 'surface'! In this short video, we show how to use the 3D project command to create a sweep surface to 5-axis machine a 1" fillet on a Haas UMC-500SS!
