Molecular Operating Environment (MOE) tutorial covering how to use databases and draw structures in MOE. Databases are used to create libraries of ligands that can be docked into receptors as well as places to be populated with data from docking studies or other experiments. Structures can be drawn using ChemDraw through MOE as well as in MOE itself using the builder tool.
