Hand Held Legend has released a fork of PicoBoot that allows Bluetooth controllers to connect to the GameCube.

It requires a Raspberry Pi Pico W and some additional wiring, so in this stream, let's update my PicoBoot GameCube, and test out this new Bluetooth firmware!
