This is far from ready to actually distribute around, I just wanted to test the idea out on a video to see what the reaction is.
This uses audio from gacs AI-based restoration for several of the tracks, although the title screen is from a different source (and too low volume in ths version, oops) and Mute City is from the Super Famicom Game Music album.
This is applied in place of the music in Cons BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2 Practice MSU-1 patch.
