How to use the following formulas:
Acceleration = (Final Velocity - Initial Velocity) / time
Distance = (Initial Velocity x time) + 1/2 (acceleration)(time)^2
time = (Final Velocity - Initial Velocity) / acceleration
Final Velocity = Initial Velocity + (acceleration x time)
