In this video we demonstrate how to to make beautiful decorative wall panels using a vacuum forming machine. First, a design is modeled and CNC cut from MDF board which is then sealed using Epsilon PRO epoxy resin. A mold is then made using Smooth-Sil 936 platinum silicone. Lastly, a high-performance temperature-resistant vacuum forming tool is cast in TASK 18 aluminum-filled urethane resin that can be used again and again.
