This week I've spent some time shooting a spec advert for Liquid Death. I love shooting product commercial style video and its a great way to experiment with different lighting styles and creative looks.

This behind the scenes video shows how to film a product promo and get creative shots using lighting and a TV as a virtual background. Virtual production has become really popular, Ive used this setup previously for product photography but not for video until now! Tube lights for product promos are such a great lighting tool as they create such nice reflections on products and the Amaran T2C tubelight in this video have fast become my favourite light for this style of video shoot. Shooting a commercial in this way was a really fun way to expand my portfolio and practice my lighting techniques.
