Went into production mode casting 40 Christmas ornaments. I made a match plate to help speed things along. If you've got to cast a lot of anything, you should definitely consider using a match plate.

I get asked about the moisture content of my sand. I have settled on a ratio of about 2 liters of sand and 36-42ish ml of water for my ratio. I start with sand that is dry.
