n this Thanksgiving leftovers recipe, we'll show you how to turn leftover turkey into a delicious and hearty casserole that will keep you and your family happy all winter long!
This Turkey and Stuffing Casserole is a great recipe to have on hand when you have a lot of leftover turkey, and it's perfect for a Thanksgiving feast or meal during the winter season. It's a hearty and filling dish that will keep you and your family warm and happy all winter long!

Ingredients:
3 cups leftover turkey
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
salt/pepper to taste
3-4 cups chicken/turkey stock
1 14 ounce bag frozen vegetables
1 can cream mushroom soup
3 tablespoons water
1-2 cups left over dressing
1 teaspoon onion powder
2-3 tablespoons dehydrated celery (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
In large skillet melt the butter and then add flour to make a roux.
Add stock 1 ladle at a time till you reach the consistency you want.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add in the turkey and stir to mix well.
Pour into a 9x9 prepared baking dish.
Pour the vegetables over the turkey gravy mixture evenly.
Spread the dressing over the top
In small bowl mix the soup, water and seasonings together
Pour over the top evenly
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
