I walk through how to create a Shortcut that can launch either the Camera app or the Advanced Camera settings, depending on whether or not the Camera app is already open. We will utilise the Clipboard as a pseudo 'global variable' to indicate whether or not the Camera is open or not.
Advanced Camera Settings shortcut:
