I share my experiences with using books to plan a film and give tips on how you can make your own too!

After making over 80 short films, I have found that my strongest pieces have been made in conjunction with their book.

As a Director, having somewhere to organise and explore your thoughts is essential, but the real beauty of using books is that they help you to be a consistent director and maintain a constant feeling when making your film project from pre-production to the final edit.
