Iran just postponed its own Strait of Hormuz agreement with Oman, blaming U.S. interference and threats, according to an informed source cited by Sepah News, Tasnim and Fars. Hours earlier, U.S. Central Command posted that the southern route through the Strait of Hormuz remains free and open, and that U.S. forces have assisted more than 1,000 vessels in successfully transiting the strait over the past three months. Oil settled at a three-week low and U.S. stocks closed sharply higher.
