"A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself." - Oprah Winfrey. On that inspiring note, the 2018 U.S. Embassy-ITE Alumni Mentoring Program came to a successful conclusion on May 12, 2018, with the closing ceremony hosted by Google.
Paired with alumni of Embassy exchange programs as their mentors, 39 Institute of Technical Education (ITE) students underwent the five-month program aimed at fostering personal and professional growth.
Both mentees and mentors share lessons they learned from one another and the unforgettable experiences they had visiting American companies Nike, Boeing, Mastercard, the Conrad Centennial Hotel and Google.
