I ended up making a space cowboy story in my head:
Cole was a ten-year-old boy living in Texas when he, his parents, and his horse Bessie were abducted by aliens. They were experimented on by aliens, which led to his parents dying and him being the perfect experiment out of the bunch. Cole was then thrown into a training camp with other children around his age of different alien races. The group that kidnapped the children was called Endless, and they wanted to build an army of Living Weapons to conquer the Galaxy. Years later, Cole and some other children escape from Endless as a Confederacy of Planets is attacking, Endless main base. After this attack, the group known as Endless was scattered but still commanded many planets.
At age 20, Cole and his friend from the experiments decided to take down the scattered members of Endless that are trying to reform, forming the group of Red Glass.
As they take down the remaining members of Endless and Liberate the planets that they are hosted on, Red Glass is being hunted by Both Endless and the Confederacy of Planets. The Confederacy of Planets wanted to collect all the experiments that were Endless for their own needs.
