I love Ursula, actually I wish she had some kind of redemption arc, it'd be interesting if she was good deep down.
I believe she and Triton had some hard past behind them that made them foes. In live action movie they are siblings, I don't exactly remember if they were siblings in the original movie. Anyway their story reminds me so much of Scar and Mufasa.
It'd be great if Ursula really liked Ariel and cared for her.
But here it's a canon part, where Ursula being her villain self and singing Poor Unfortunate Souls, I just love this song
