Ride the Cyclone closes URI Theatre’s season with a campy yet moving musical that blends dark humor with relatable characters. Directed by Assistant Theatre Professor Rachel Walshe, the production follows six teenagers who, after a roller coaster accident, find themselves in limbo, where one is given a chance to return to life.
Students are involved at every stage of the production, bringing the show to life both onstage and behind the scenes. Catch the eight-show run April 17–26 at the Robert E. Will Theatre.
