This video is a follow up of youtu.be/l1nppsRhD04 on how to make a mold for creating an architectural spire. With the mold complete, we step you through the process of roto-casting the part in urethane (resin and expanding foam). This method can also be extended to other project such as cosplay, art, dioramas, and signage.

Materials used
Resin- Smooth On- Smooth cast 300 from Reynolds Advanced Materials (reynoldsam.com)
Foam- 8lb density urethane foam from US Composites (uscomposites.com)
