Urban sketching time lapse / speed painting: Come join me, an urban sketching beginner, on a walk through Lucerne, Switzerland, taking in some of the stunning architecture this city has to offer. Inspiring building options for interested urban sketchers visiting or living in Switzerland! I simply cannot get enough of this beautiful town, from the old town to the lake. You'll see glimpses of many wonderful choices to keep in mind when you have a chance to do some urban sketching here, or to spend a day to revel in the abundant architectural details. One facade is prettier than the next!
Then (01:39) you can settle in with me and watch a quick time lapse of a watercolour and pen painting I create while I sit across from the famous Chapel Bridge (Kapellbruecke). One day I will return to paint the whole bridge, I promise! Working up to that... For today, I'll share this small practice attempt with you.
