KITCHEN SCIENCE LAB | Upside down Water Glass Physics experiment #shorts @kitchensciencelab1312 | Uploaded June 2021 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
When you see this trick with water in an upside down glass for the first time, it really impresses. it is hard to believe that this is just a physics experiment in which atmospheric air pressure holds water in an upturned glass.
The air pressure in the glass is lower than the atmospheric pressure. The pressure outside is greater, so the cardboard presses against the glass and prevents the water from spilling.
Have you tried to repeat this experiment with a plastic card or a piece of cardboard?
