Brooke's and Chuck's cousin, Rachel, is in town. Haley goes to find Lucas about the rumors of him and Brooke. She is hurt because he tells her he slept with her but never love her like he loved Brooke.
Dean heard from Jamie that Nathan, his father, called but he doesn't want to tell his mom because they are fighting a lot. Brooke tells Lucas that he is a good friend but nothing more. Blair hears by Chuck's father that he decides to take a trip to Monaco.
Brooke is going to see Haley and Dean but Haley is not very happy to see her. Brooke asks Dean on a date saying she waited long enough for them to happen. Bair took the test and she is not pregnant. Lucas tells Haley that Nathan called him and he is coming in town soon.
Blair, happy to not be pregnant, goes to tell to Brooke but she doesn't see Rachel hearing everything. Brooke and Dean are on their date and it goes pretty well. Rachel sends a mail to Gossip Girl saying Blair took a pregnancy test.Brooke is furious to know it was Rachel telling everyone and confronts her. Later she goes find Dean and he tries to calm her down.
Chuck is back in town and called Blair to know what the answer is. She says it's negative and both are relieved. Haley and Dean talk about Nathan and the fights. Haley says she couldn't stay anymore and left without saying goodbye. Finally Brooke and Dean kiss and Lucas sees it.
Nathan and Haley talk and he promises he is going to change for her and Jamie. Blair and Chuck meet in a bar and they discuss the pregnancy scare and their feelings. Chuck revealed he never forget about her. Dean and Brooke spent the night together and evrybody hears it by Gossip Girl. Nate and Lucas are heartbroken.
Chuck and Blair are back together and Chuck promises this time it will be official. Rachel finds out about them and concludes he was the father. A week after, Brooke finds Lucas drunk in a bar and takes him home. He kisses her but she is backing away.

Nate is asking to Blair to talk to Brooke about him and his feelings but Blair says no because Brooke is happy with Dean.
