UPDATE - went back to regular in-feed roller, it has more ‘bite’ and feeds more consistently. The rubber out feed continues to be a worthwhile upgrade.

A new rubber out-feed roller is installed and I go over some upgrades I've done since purchasing this planer used two years ago.
