The new Path of Exile event Ruthless with gold is out and Im once again playing Heatshiver Frost Blades, this time as a Raider. With a ton of movement speed provided by things like Elusive, Haste and the Raider Ascendancy this is a very quick and fun build in an environment with no movement skills!
