Some updated to Towers or Midnight: Area protect, Test tower spawner and Towers now only spawn every 22000 ticks

UPDATE!
V0.6.2 now spawns a lot less frequently and includes a protect area item to stop towers spawning near your builds.

WARNING:
1. Make sure to backup your worlds.
2. Requires snapshot 16w21b or higher
