THEY CAN'T FIND THE SOURCE OF THE WATER ! New Video footage of the catastrophic landslide. Authorities are monitoring a river blockage upstream near the Nepal–Tibet/China border, raising fears of another sudden release into the Lhende Khola, Bhotekoshi (Bhote Koshi), Trishuli and Narayani river systems.
The disaster devastated Rasuwa District, Timure, Rasuwagadhi, Syabrubesi, Nuwakot, Dhading and areas north of Kathmandu, after a massive ice-rock avalanche, glacier collapse, landslide and debris flow tore down from the Langtang–Gosaikunda Himalayan region near Gyirong County, Tibet. Hundreds remain missing as rescue crews search areas buried by mud, rock, ice and flood debris.
