Turning Cardboard and Pingpong Balls into Mesmerizing Art

What started as a completely different concept morphed into this mesmerizing sculpture. Adding a new tool to my arsenal has drastically changed the way I can approach the creative process. With cardboard and a laser cutter I can throw concepts together resulting in outcomes that I hadn’t previously pictured. This is a functional proof of concept that will allow me to dial in the code, and make it so I can optimize before moving to more expensive/environmentally impactful materials.
