If you do your own oil changes to save money like I do, here's a great tip to reduce the oil mess that can happen. Warm engine oil has a mind of its own and can spray right out of your oil change drain bin as you remove the drain plug. Using a furnace filter reduces this to zero. Do it yourself oil change just got way better! Stops the mess, saves dollars on wipes and is budget friendly.
