If a gourmet chef and a pit master had a child it would be Up In Smoke BBQ in Cedar Rapids, IA. The best smoked wings I've ever had and the most unique cornbread you'll ever eat. Great beans, ribs, large sides and friendly service. If you're anywhere near Cedar Rapids, you better get down to the Czech village district and try a plate of their stuff.
