Up Close With Bison & Elk! Lone Elk Park In St. Louis County Is Amazing! Beautiful + Free Admission!
We had heard and read about Lone Elk Park, located in Valley Park, MO, in St, Louis County, but had never been there. So on a beautiful Fall day, we paid the Park a visit. We had an amazing time there, getting to see bison and elk up close from our car, literally just a few feet away! The drive through the park is worth doing just by itself, but add the animal sightings to the experience, and it is awesome! There are also three trails of varying lengths there that you can walk, but we chose to drive on this trip. We plan on going back to see it all again because we enjoyed it so much, but also because we didn't have time to see the White-Tailed Deer or Bird Sanctuary areas. We became instant fans of Lone Elk Park, and we highly encourage you to go and see this beautiful area for yourself. And there's no admission fee! Thanks for watching!
