I have just built a new foundry furnace and I think its a beauty. This is simply an unveiling video, the build video is coming soon.
There is a pour in this video with the molding starting at 06:31 and the metal actually leaving the crucible at 11:30. Enjoy the music :-D

I get asked about the moisture content of my sand. I have settled on a ratio of about 2 liters of sand and 36-42ish ml of water for my ratio. I start with sand that is dry.
