The photograph analyzed here (P13_006238_2219_XN_41N303W) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 2007-11-25 and is described as 'Protonilus Mensae.'
Here I feature an anomaly I discovered at a site in Protonilus Mensae located in the Northern mid-latitudes of Mars. Seen is a huge mound with what appears to be a symmetrical opening approxiamtely 700 metres wide on the right-hand side.
This anomaly is located approximately 40 km from a site where I discovered another anomaly that is eye-shaped, or boad-shaped and is approximately 500 metres long. The photograph in which this anomaly appears is (G01_018593_2214_XI_41N302W) and was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 2010-07-15 and is described as 'Protonilus/Nilosyrtis fretted terrain - northern plains transition area.'

I used Topaz Labs' Gigapixel to upscale these images.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
